By accessing, browsing, and using Sites, you agree to be bound by the Site Terms and all applicable law. If you do not agree to be bound by the Sites Terms and applicable law each time you use the Sites or you do not have the authority to agree to or accept these Site Terms, you may not use the Sites.
Privacy policy.
Information Collected. The following are the types of use and donor information that SFF collects and maintains:
Contact information including the name, organization, address, phone number, email address;
Shipping information including name, organization, and complete address;
Information concerning how you heard about SSF;
Information that you wish to share with SFF including questions, comments, suggestions; and
Any request to receive periodic updates.
How the Information is Used. SSF uses your information to understand your needs and to provide users and donors with better services. Specifically, we use your information to process contributions, contact you if required in connection with your inquiry or respond to any communications you might send to us, update you on SSF events, programs, information, and send periodic communications to inform you of opportunities to participate and support the mission and clients of SSF.
Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes.
We use the comments you offer to provide you with information requested, and we take seriously each recommendation as to how we might improve communication.
Personal Information Privacy. SSF manages user and donor data that may be comprised of personal private information in compliance with all applicable federal and California state privacy laws including, but not limited to, the FERPA of 1984 (20 U.S.C. Sec 1232g), HIPPA, COPPA, California Education Code Section 49060 to 49070, and California Assembly Bill 1584. SSF incorporates industry standards and protocols to ensure data is secure and that unauthorized personnel are unable to gain access to personal data.
Use of Personal Data. Information collected by SSF is solely for SSF internal use. SFF will not make it available to any outside organizations or business enterprises without written notice to the applicable users or donors.
SSF may use personal data for the following purposes:
to provide and maintain the services that SSF provides, to manage your registration as a use or a donor with SSF;
the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the services provided by SSF;
to contact you by email, telephone calls;
SMS or text messages or other equivalent forms of electronic communication;
to provide you with news, offers, general information, and events;
to manage any requests for services, or for other purposes such as data analysis, identifying usage, trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve services SSF services.
Transfer of Personal Data. SSF will not sell, rent, lease, or give your personal information to outside organizations. We assure you that the identity of all our donors will be kept confidential. Use of donor information will be limited to internal purposes and only to further the mission of SSF. Your information and personal data may be processed in SSF’s offices including but not limited to computers located outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data laws differ than where you are located. SFF will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Retention of Personal Data. SSF will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Required Disclosures. SSF may disclose your personal data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, investigate wrongdoing, for the personal safety of the user or donor or to protect from legal liability.

Copyrights and Intellectual Property. SSF welcomes requests form our partners to allow their sites to link to our content. The majority of the content on the website is the intellectual property of SFF, and as such is protected by the Copyright Act of 1976. To protect the quality of the media and information, SFF grants permission to reproduce only on a case-by-case basis. SSF may employe third party companies and individuals to facility the services provided (“Service Providers”), to provide services on SSF’s behalf, to perform service-related services, and assist in analysis of the services provided by SSF. Children’s Privacy Policy. SSF’s services, programs, and information are not intended to address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have/has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a Child / Children without verification of parental consent, SSF will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Breach Notification. In the event that we determine the occurrence of a data security incident, we will notify you by email, US Mail, telephone, or another means permitted by law.
Changes in Privacy Policy. SSF may change its Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy on the SSF Privacy Policy page.
