Walking Club

Volunteers from Senior Society Foundation recently organized a walking club activity for the elderly in the community, aiming to promote their physical health and social interaction. The route was designed to be simple and easy, suitable for participants of different fitness levels. Volunteers accompanied the elderly throughout the walk, providing necessary support and encouragement and offering water and simple healthy snacks along the way. This walking activity not only allowed the elderly to enjoy the fun of outdoor exercise but also enhanced their connections and communication with each other. The Elderly Community Foundation hopes that through such activities, the quality of life and happiness of the elderly can be improved.
